Accessibility
We want this site to work for everyone who wants to stay with us. This page says what we have done, what we know is not good enough yet, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
What we are aiming at
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. We are not claiming full conformance, because we have not had this site independently audited, and claiming a standard we have not verified would be worse than saying nothing.
What we have done
Text is set at a comfortable size and can be enlarged by your browser without the layout breaking. Both the light and the dark theme are checked for readable contrast, and your choice is remembered. Every interactive control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and there is a visible focus outline so you can see where you are. A skip link takes you past the navigation to the main content. Form fields carry real labels and errors are written in words next to the field they belong to, not only in colour. Text inputs are large enough that mobile browsers do not zoom in unexpectedly. Animation is decorative and switches itself off if your device is set to reduce motion. Nothing plays sound on its own. The page content is readable even if scripts fail to load, so a slow connection does not leave you with a blank screen.
What is not there yet
Some photographs carry short alternative text that describes the subject but not the detail. The operator dashboard and its occupancy chart are built for our staff and have not been tested with a screen reader. The downloadable profile documents are not tagged for screen readers, and we will send the same information as plain text or read it to you over the phone if that is easier. Buddy, the assistant on this site, is text only and has no voice input or output.
We are working through these. If one of them is the specific thing blocking you, tell us and it moves up the list.
Getting into the properties themselves
Website accessibility and building accessibility are different questions, and the second one matters more if you are choosing where to stay.
we are confirming this detail (for each stay, whether there is step free access from the road, whether the building has a working lift, the width of the entrance doorway, whether the bathroom has grab rails or a step free shower, and whether parking near the entrance can be reserved. This needs a real answer per unit rather than a general statement, because a guest planning a trip cannot use a general statement.). Write to sunnysuthar@live.co.uk and we will send it.
Until that detail is published here, please call us before you book and we will walk through the specific home with you honestly, including what it cannot do.
Telling us about a problem
Email sunnysuthar@live.co.uk or call and message +91 96877 77713. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and what happened. We reply within 5 working days. If you need something from this site in another format, ask and we will send it.
